Escaping the smoky chaos of a Welsh house party back in the 90’s, you often stepped out into a natural spectacle. Dawn or dusk could be exploding and everyone inside is oblivious. Suddenly, you know that you can’t go back in. You start walking toward the rising or setting sun, the bittersweet tug of longing singeing the edges of your consciousness.
